At Lovea, our leadaership team have identified 20 "elements of values", the fundamental attribute in a very simple yet essential forms. We have split the elements into 4 categories as following:
Functional, Emotional, Life improvement, Social Initiative.
These values are primarily for us to address our consumers' need, some elements are more inwardly focused, like life improvement element from our coffee-motiva (motivational) posting and theme song. Others are outwardly focused helping customers and dealers interact in or navigate with external world.
We understand that the amount and nature of value in a Lovea (products and services) always lie in the eye of the beholder, of course! However, we work very hard to close the gaps by building block of values. This creates opportunity for companies and stakeholder to improve our performance in current markets and hopefully to break into new ones.
We hope lovea's value can combine with our customers' value, the right combinations to pay off in stronger customer loyalty, greater consumer willingness to try our brand and sustained revenue growth.

Lovea Cares (COVID-19 updates) #StayStrong Let's move forward together this Malaysia Day
We understand that the Covid-19 outbreak is impacting everyone in different ways. We have been closely monitoring the situation and are following guidelines from the Ministry of Health, respective local health authorities where we have operations. One of the biggest pieces of advice beside wearing face mask is to wash and sanitize hands regularly. Hand hygiene is crucial to fight the spread of the virus.
Co-founder, Benson Wong, said: "Malaysian in good hands! Lovea in good hands too. We all have in common is the commitment to help our communities fight the pandemic and keep each other safe." He continues: "We knew that providing hand sanitizers for our local community was simply our part to contribute in time like this. We just care and want to help, hence these hand sanitizers are Not for sales."
We will be supplying the handy sanitizer in multiple phases. We are prioritizing supply to many local organisations within the local community like medical professions, temples, care workers in aged care and orphanages homes. We will be also releasing our first few batch to our business partners, retailers, cafe and nearby local businesses around us. We always believe in synergy and co-branding. Local partner also joined us to play a part too. "We are delighted we can play even a small part to support our community in the fight against this unprecedented challenge and it is a great credit to the team at myPrintShop."

He continues " Our team also delivered hand sanitizers to Dental Clinic at the northern of Malaysia, Social Care Foundations, Ti Ratana Society to help our communities slowly back to work safely whilst vaccination rate achieving above 80%.. We also embedded the concept of CSR starts internally then externally, and responsibly made and spent our profits. This is aligned with our ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) principles integrated approach.

On the 1st of March 2021 (Monday) at Comfort Aged Care Center, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Lovea had a joyous afternoon tea with 45 residents at Comfort Aged Care. This event was graced by Ms. Xandria Ban together with fellow guests, nurses, physiotherapists and staffs. As part of the engagement with local businesses post pandemic, we brought a tailor made Lovea's 6th anniversary cake by the local specialist bakery and Ice Creams from the very Malaysian owned Polar Ice Cream.
"Giving feels good, and supporting a cause you believe in can mean a lot", that is the positive vibe you see from the expression of Xandria in photos. Would also like to highlight the aulora socks that we brought along for the 18 elderly. The far infra red socks helps to improve blood circulation and reduce swollen for those elderly especially the one wheelchair.
"We were truly touched by the act of Xandria, whilst we aren't solely donate the socks, but put it on for the elderly (refer pic) and explained to them. It's just from the goodness of her heart, by making this emotional decision." Said Benson Wong, Managing Director of Lovea Group. Our humble beginnings all began with a little spark and helps from friends. It has been a magical journey for us. Ms Xandria has been helping us with the charitable and noble causes in the East since 2016, some of the home namely Care Haven.
We would like to say Thank You for making a positive change with Lovea, because Doing is Everything. This strongly aligns with our corporate vision of a quadruple bottom-line, founded in the four pillars of People, Profit, Planet and Purpose.

On 19th January 2017, we've set a new
Malaysia book of records
for "Largest participation of Hand Gesture Campaign". We manage to get 1608 people doing the same hand gesture within a limited time.
The theme is "Passion of Giving, Joy of Receiving" It's an event to kick start the brand and gather people who believe in a common purpose performing a random act of kindness.
This is a moving call to action for anyone who wishes to give back to society.
Some of us are fortunate enough to be able to extend a helping hand to others in need, let's do so now. This is aligned to our brand belief and philosophy.
Giving is the ultimate expression of Joy, and it releases truly positive energy. The energy that you create by giving is more important than the gift itself.
The essence is always joy although the form can be anything. When you give with unbridled joy and happiness, the gift is blessed with positive energies and it will flourish further for those who receive it.
Hopefully this new record will be the catalyst that will further explode exponentially across all race and creed, and the Joy of Giving will become borderless and unstoppable.

KOTA KINABALU: Budding entrepreneurs may want to seize an entrepreneurship programme offered by Love A Durian (LOVEA) which sells durian white coffee and breakfast coffee products. With zero capital investment, it is an opportunity to start one’s own business, said CCE Distribution Enterprise director Cheoh High Zhi.
The company provides a booth for free and a sales kit to those interested in the programme but they will need to identify their own location.
“We will help them to find a strategic site, preferably tourist hotspots because these products are targeted at foreign visitors,” he said.
The products are still new in the Sabah market after being introduced in January this year.
There are only two types of products – the durian white coffee and breakfast coffee – which are Malaysian made and launched in 2015 in the peninsula. The product is packed in an attractive 3D durian box.
“Our product is unique because we use 100 per cent durian and nothing but the real thing. The durian called D24 and supplied by a farm in Johor.
“The durians are frozen before being processed into powder. There is no sugar added because the D24 already has a natural sweetness,” said Charlton Liew who is one of Cheoh’s business partners.
“To prove that our durian white coffee is the real thing, the distinct durian aroma is immediately released as soon as hot water is poured over the coffee powder, and that aroma stays until the last sip,” he said.
The breakfast coffee uses brown rice and is added with vitamin B complex to give a healthy morning drink to those on the go.“The brown rice boosts energy whilst vitamin B helps to fight distress during the morning rush hours,” said Charlton. The durian white coffee is priced at RM66 for 12 sachets and the breakfast coffee at RM60 for 10 sachets.
The coffee products are available at Borneo Mart in Kolombong and Taman Fortuna; Jada Borneo; Ocean Seafood; Riverbug (Jesselton jetty); Gaya Street; Wow B & B and can be purchased from appointed travel agents and tour guides. (for archives news click here)
